Company continually fails to deliver, over priced, and lies to paying customers. I have ordered over 4k in product, website lies about availability, do not trust them. They constantly fail to respond, or adjust order. Worst experience.
Great products for decent prices. However, the customer service is lacking. They keep lying about the status of my shipment instead of telling me whats really happening. They will hang up on you during your call, take forever to respond. Its unfortunate but I will have to start using a different website for my fitness gear just so I can avoid these headaches

We ordered $3k worth of equipment and it was left on the road in front of our house. They said we should of taken pictures of everything but we were worried about someone hitting the equipment so we had to quickly get a 1000lbs of equipment off the road. Very poor customer service as well, they didn't even care and blamed the delivery service.
Late February 2021 I ordered a Rogue Echo Bike from Rogue Fitness. The Bike arrived on 3/3/2021. I began using the bike the same week and noticed the HR on the console was not accurate, off up to 50 beats per minute when compared to polar beat app and garmin fenix 5x plus. The app and the watch both displayed correct HR readings while the Rogue fitness monitor did not. I immediately contacted Rogue and after jumping through hoops for a few weeks they finally decided to send a replacement. The replacement took another 3-4 weeks to be sent. I received the replacement in April 2021. I installed it and tested it out but noticed the same incorrect HR readings happening. I was using my phone in the "Rogue phone holder" on the echo bike playing music. I noticed that with no external HR transmitting device the Rogue console would show HR readings on its own with the readings all over the place. After much time wasted troubleshooting, I determined that electronics and sound causes the HR function of the Rogue console to malfunction. I contacted Rogue again and this is the response I received some time later We wanted to follow up regarding your monitor's heart rate readings. There have been a number of questions related to the monitor, connectivity, interference and how the software interprets and displays signals from connected devices. We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, we would not recommend using an external speaker close to the console if trying to obtain an accurate heart rate reading. Our team and the manufacturer are working on a possible fix, but at this time, we unfortunately, do not have any other solution. Thanks for understanding. Ben D." To date I have not heard back and the console continues to malfunction. On Rogue's website this is the description of the console. " mounted LCD console measures 6.375" x 6.375" and features a crystal clear, high contrast display. Athletes can select or create a wide range of modes, including Intervals (20/10,10/20 or a custom Work/Rest interval), Target (choose a goal Time, Distance or Calories and the console will count down based on your selection), and Heart Rate Tracking (please note that a heart rate transmitter is required to send data, but is not included). The console runs on two AA batteries, which are included."No where does it mention that is does not work with the phone holder specifically made for the bike. If it has a phone holder then one should be able to utilize a phone in this position. As someone who uses HR zones for workouts this makes it very hard to utilize this piece of equipment. No other gym equipment professional or home use that I have used does this. This bike and all its extra's were expensive. $799 for the bike. I should be entitled to a refund for something that does not function correctly. To date I have not received anything.
If there were a world record for worst customer experience, Rogue would win first place. The amount of order errors and lack of care from their customer service department is truly baffling and one for the books. I placed an order April 25th. I wanted to exchange one item for a different weight. I placed the exchange through their automated system and received the wrong weight two weeks later. I contacted them, was understanding and polite about the error and requested a replacement. I had to pay $3 to print the shipping label at UPS for Rogue's error. I waited another week for the correct item to arrive only to receive TWO replacement items instead of one. And the craziest part... NEITHER OF THEM WERE WHAT I ORDERED! Frustration full fledge by this point, I contacted them again. They said they ordered pickups for the two items through UPS and get this... THEY GAVE UPS THE WRONG ADDRESS! The amount of stupidity and errors from this company is truly baffling. Honestly, I'm laughing at this point and telling every soul, including gym clients of mine, to purchase equipment anywhere and everywhere but here. I truly hope they lose many clients. Worst part? No apologies, no compensation for all this lost time and wasted money printing labels. It is now June 7th and the weights are still sitting in front of my house. Screw you Rogue, you guys are the world's worst company. The service reps who "helped me" are Paul C, Trey B and Marc Russell. Each and every one of you sucks.

Customer Service is trash, they censor reviews on their website and the postage rates are sometimes triple the item itself. Products are inconsistent (size-wise) and they just dont care!
Spend your money elsewhere with someone who appreciates your business. Products inconsistent (size), postage is ridiculous (up to triple the item itself) and customer service couldnt care less.
I am very familiar with the brand and the cost associated with it but when I built my home gym this is what I wanted. What a mistake. I ordered the product and it took over 2 months to assemble and now I’m stuck in some shipping nightmare where the last mile delivery firm won’t deliver it to my home. Note inside my home - I just want it by my garage. There policy is curbside so not by your home if you happen to have a long driveway. I thought this was a joke. It’s not. Rogues fix - I rent my own truck and pick it up and drive it from the warehouse.
I never wish ill on a small bness but this company is going to ruin its brand by these short sighted decisions. It’s not like the margins here aren’t high enough to cover delivery to your garage.
And when they do - they sell out quick to buyers who quicky put them on ebay for 3-4 times the retail
As a high school strength coach for over 30 years I have purchased a lot of equipment. I have purchased twice from Rogue, the first time about $5,000 worth of bars and bumper plates came off with no issues. I started another order in October 2020, after 3 months and them shipping the wrong bars my school ended up eating over $400 worth of shipping costs. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and kept me in a death spiral of emails and long waits on the phone. You never communicate with the same person twice, it truly was the worst experience imaginable. Although their equipment is good, heaven help you if you need any customer service.
I have purchased several items from Rogue Fitness: bars, storage racks and plyoboxes. The products are great and Rogue's customer service is great too.
Really disappointed that I gave money to a company like this. I'm stuck with the gear I choose to buy from them now, but I'll never buy from or recommend Rogue again. I took my business to American Barbell and am more than happy with the quality, affordability and support for one damaged 45 pound bumper plate I received from them - they simply ask some questions, apologized and replaced it. That's genuinely respectful and it's the kind of company that deserves our support. Avoid RogueFitness.com, they are a big brand with no soul and do not deserve your money. Save yourself the pain and don't find out the hard way.
I have to admit that I read some of these reviews and was concerned about buying from Rogue Fitness. I decided to go ahead and placed an order for a full set of bumper plates, an Olympic bar and an HR-2 Half Rack. After I placed my order, they replied that it would not be ready for 6 weeks - which was 2 - 4 weeks longer than they represented on their website. As it turned out, however, they did a great job! All the equipment arrived in just over a week and they were very responsive to a couple of questions and minor order changes. And as you would expect from Rogue, the equipment is terrific. All in all, I had a very good experience with Rogue.

Ordered an Echobike to Toronto, Canada. 15 days from order to delivery, no issues whatsoever. Prompt customer service replies, item arrived in perfect condition and I am very happy with the product itself.

Yes, Titan Fitness has similar gear that is really nice but they don't always have things in stock.
